Handcrafted from premium Berkshire pork belly and traditionally cured with soy sauce, cane sugar, and rose wine (玫瑰露酒). Made without added preservatives, MSG, or colouring, our lap yuk delivers a rich, savoury-sweet flavour complemented by the distinctive floral aroma of rose wine.

Simply steam and slice to serve with hot rice, add to clay pot rice, or stir-fry with seasonal vegetables for an extra layer of traditional Cantonese flavour.

When is my reservation confirmed?

After you complete Shopify checkout and receive an order number. Each checkout unit reserves one pack; two packs use two reservation slots. This batch has 20 Lap Cheong packs and 20 Lap Yuk packs.

Why might checkout say $0 or “Free”?

Checkout records a no-payment reservation, not the sale of the food. The food is charged separately in-store at $10.60 CAD per 100 g, based on your pack’s actual weight.

Does “Save selection” reserve my packs?

No. It remembers your chosen quantities in this browser only. Complete checkout to confirm your reservation while packs remain available.
