Handcrafted with premium Berkshire pork shoulder, soy sauce, cane sugar, and Fenjiu (汾酒), a traditional Chinese grain spirit that adds aromatic depth and complexity. Made without added colouring, our lap cheong offers a rich, savoury-sweet flavour that showcases the quality of the pork and the art of traditional Chinese curing.

Pack size: Average pack weight: approximately 250 g. Actual weight may be slightly more or less; the final price is based on the pack’s actual weight at pickup.
