Handcrafted from premium Berkshire pork belly and traditionally cured with soy sauce, cane sugar, and rose wine (玫瑰露酒). Made without added preservatives, MSG, or colouring, our lap yuk delivers a rich, savoury-sweet flavour complemented by the distinctive floral aroma of rose wine.

Simply steam and slice to serve with hot rice, add to clay pot rice, or stir-fry with seasonal vegetables for an extra layer of traditional Cantonese flavour.

Pack size: Average pack weight: approximately 250 g. Actual weight may be slightly more or less; the final price is based on the pack’s actual weight at pickup.
