Ontario lamb skewers marinated with fresh basil, oregano, thyme, olive oil and shallots for a fragrant, easy-to-cook BBQ favourite.

Ingredients: Fresh Ontario lamb, fresh basil, oregano, thyme, olive oil and shallots.

Cooking: Defrost in the packaging. Cook over medium-high heat for about 1 minute per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
