Ontario lamb skewers seasoned with aromatic cumin, Sichuan pepper, paprika and cayenne for a bold, gently spicy BBQ flavour. Ready to cook after thawing.

Ingredients: Fresh Ontario lamb, kosher salt, cane sugar, cumin powder, cumin seed, cayenne pepper, Sichuan pepper and paprika.

Cooking: Defrost in the packaging. Cook over medium-high heat for about 1 minute per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Storage: Keep frozen.
